Nissan is using an "aging suit" to help designers consider limitations that make operating a vehicle difficult for older drivers. Hopefully, understanding the user's experience will translate directly into improved accessibility. Plus, as mentioned in the video, taking the time to review usability and accessibility challenges in your designs often benefits a much wider range of users than the group you may have initially targeted.

It’s not the panacea for all accessibility issues but it is a great rule-of-thumb list to start with.
